Even if his acts surrounding the taking of the $100,000.00 was legal (and that is as great a fantasy as the Easter Bunny), his efforts to obstruct the investigation by hiding papers from the FBI clearly indicates his unacceptability to be a member of Congress.
Kick him out, now.
