As a result of recruiting shortfalls and the numerous recruiting scandals that have become public news, the US army will stop recruiting activities for 1 day to look at themselves.
One topic that the Army will address during the 24 hour standdown that has not gotten much attention is, are they demanding to much of the recruiters in the current environment.
This has to be done. As I noted earlier Failure leads to corruption, and this leads to decay. We do not need a decayed armed force.
