LIE
1.A false statement deliberately presented as being true; a falsehood.
2.Something meant to deceive or give a wrong impression. 3. The Primary tool of politics used by Republicans.
It boggles the mind. But do you share my feeling that absolutely no one cares what he said yesterday? I don't know if it's because of JonBenet coverage or what, but even the blogs are pretty much silent on the whole damn press conference. It's amazing to me that people finally seem to see how divorced from reality Bush's whole take on Iraq is.
I think that the Media, and much of the American public have given up on Iraq (coverage stopped there as soon as Israel went into Gaza 6 weeks ago, and has not recovered).
In addition, Bush is seen as maybe the lamest lame duck that anyone can remember, and he is no longer that important

Bush says our psyche is troubled, but we all know who's to blame for that . . .
