Old News, But Patrick Sure Nailed This One

The Bush Administration is the gang that couldn't shoot straight.

The US Vice-President shot and wounded Harry Whittington, a 78-year-old millionaire lawyer from Austin, at a ranch in South Texas.

He was reported to have been hit in the face, chest and neck but was "alert and doing fine" in hospital yesterday after Mr Cheney's visit.

This is a classic non story, tragically funny, but of no real importance. This fact makes you wonder why it took a day to become public, and why would the VP's office have not released this information.

Now wonder we invaded Iraq: Cheney couldn't tell the difference between WMD and a quail. Still if it had been a VP John Edwards, imagine the outrage, the shock, the fear of being governed by people with so little familiarity with guns that they would swing around and shoot a lawyer. Or is shooting lawyers a virtue for Republicans?

Wow... aren't you brilliant and perfect.

Ever made a mistake?

Stop splitting the country with your personal hatred of the current administration.

Try being an American for a change.

"Cheney couldn't tell the difference between WMD and a Quail."

You are an idiot, plain and simple.
