This time Bush brings in a whole collection of questionably qualified people, in each case skipping senate approval.
You have to wonder just how bad some of these choices might be. Why would Bush want to avoid a senate vote for these choices? Mike Brown, the poster boy for unqualified appointments, was able to get senate approval. Just how bad are these selections?
