Well, not really. OGLE-2005-BLG-390Lb, is about 5 times as massive as the Earth, it's star is only about 20% as strong as our sun, and it's temperature is estimated to be about -364F.
So it's not that Earth like, but it is, in mass, the closest we have found so far.
