Bush is busy trying to spin his spying on Americans, now by trying to rename the effort a 'terrorist surveillance program'. He again claims that targeted and limited. That doesn't change the fact that it also involved spying on Americans, and the fact that it is targeted and limited means getting warrants should be very easy.
New names, new excuses, but the same reality; Bush ordered the spying on Americans without warrants and outside the law. All the pretty perfume he tries to pour on the mess now can not cover the stench emanating from the pile of stuff he has created.
