The Oregon assisted suicide law as been upheld in a 6-3 vote. Not suprizingly, Roberts voted against this.
While the Bush administration viewed this as blocking the governments right to regulate Doctors (or at least that was their argument), this is really about an individual having the right to do with their own body as they desire.
That is a freedom, liberty, right that no person of sound mind should ever have restricted.
