In providing "incomplete" and "inadequate" responses to the senate questionnaire, Mires has assured that her hearing will be very entertaining. Her nomination, her visits, the back room assurances, and the general confusion about her ability assure that Senators from both parties will be fully engaged in actually questioning her (as opposed to the fawning that is so common from the Republican Senators).
Some points that do stick out:
How can you give a one word answer to a two part question? I know that if I has tried that in High School I would have earned an F.
How can someone reputed to be obsessed by detail and meticulousness forget to pay her dues to the bar in both DC and Texas, and thus get suspended from practicing law, twice?
Does she even have a basic understanding of what constitutional issues are?
hearings start in 2 weeks, and with luck we may learn something

We'll see if the Democrats have any stones.
