Just yesterday Wilma was a little cat 1. Today she is a cat 5 with the lowest minimum pressure ever measured in a hurricane in Atlantic basin.

PS. This is the 3rd Cat five this year, unheard of.

Officials in south Florida ordered visitors out of the Florida Keys, the first U.S. evacuations caused by the storm, the Associated Press reported from Florida.

I find it ironic that the policies of the Republicans (which are fueling global warming) are hitting the red state south the hardest.
