If you think that personal privacy is a fundamental right of being an American, then you have to oppose Alito's nomination for the Supreme Court. If you think that a right to privacy should not and does not exist, then you should support Alito, it is now that simple.
Of course, we have face about 10 weeks of political antics and television commercials, but in the end, this is about privacy.
