Michael Scanlon, a former associate of lobbyist Jack Abramoff, pleaded guilty to conspiring to corrupt public officials and defraud clients, clearing the way for his cooperation in an investigation of his one-time partner.
And that is the best part, he has turned states evidence. A top man on the inside will soon be turning on all his old past buddies. There are a lot of DC Republicans who are now able to clearly define the term pucker factor.
