Enron founder Kenneth Lay died early Wednesday in Aspen, Colo., a family spokeswoman said. Lay, 64, was awaiting sentencing after being found guilty of conspiracy and fraud in the Enron trial in May.
He was facing over 20 years in prison for his part in the billion dollar theft from Enron.
Now he is facing another judge.

I am confident that Lay will certainly be found guilty once again...only this time the penalty will be much stiffer!
I'm not so optimistic. I would rather see him rot away in jail.
even if he spent his last days in his posh home, he still suffered the burden of it all.
in fact, it killed him. a death penalty, so to speak.

Bush would just pardon him an hour before leaving WH...
